day off, but got a short workout in anyway:<br><br>
15 mins cardio warm-up = 5 points<br>
35 mins weights/core = 7 points<br><br><b>total 12 points for team R</b>

If schedules don't get crossed again, there will be weights at lunch too, but I'll come back afterward just in case things get wonky.<br><br>

Up before the birds just to get in my VRAA workout (traveling this weekend and won't be able to post until Monday).<br><br><b>01/11/08</b><br>
walking the dog 1.5 miles = 6 points<br>
running 3 miles = 12 points<br>
yoga for 1 hour = 12 points<br><br>
