Howdy All!<br><br>
To document my efforts today all I have to do is quote my good buddy and teammate originalsuds.<br><br>
"No run today, just weights and core work.<br>
1 hour, 12 points for Team Intimidation!"<br><br>
Weird. I hope we don't dress alike too.<br><br>

I swam 30 laps (1500yds), so that's 15 points for TEAM C. Tomorrow I have a HM, so I can rack up some points for you guys. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

Good morning. 1 mile walk, 2 miles run, 22 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes stretching.<br>

3 minutes cardio,(1); 5 minutes stretch (1); 9 1/4 miles bicycle (+ 5 bonus points = 19); 500 yards swim (5) = 26 points for Team C.
