Morning! Up at 2 this morning,so got my long run in for the week...14.25 miles done..57 points, and 20 min of abs and stretching...4 points.<br><br>
61 points for Team Juggernaut.

so far this morning 60 min between yoga and pilates and to round out the hour squat fest 2008.<br>
12 pts for A team. speed work later tonight.

I decided to walk to the gym this morning to get a few extra points.<br><br>
1 mile to the pool = 4 points<br>
500 meters swimming = 5 points<br>
1 mile walk back = 4 points<br><br>
13 points on the day.

swam 1500yds = 15 points this morning<br>
planning to ride about 30 miles this afternoon, which would be 45 points, for a total of 60. But I won't officially report it until it's complete.

I'll have to make up for the past several days when I couldn't post...<br>
Sunday 3/9 - 3mi run = 12 pts<br>
Monday - 0<br>
Tuesday - 10 min core work = 2 pts<br>
Wednesday 3/12 - 6.5mi run = 26 pts<br><br>
Total = 40 points for team Banzaii Badasses.

Had a Dr's appt, so got a morning workout in<br><br>

Good Morning All!<br><br>
I haven't posted to the daily this week so here's some ketchup.<br><br>
Sun 3/9 ran 20 = 80 pts<br>
Mon 3/10 weights upper body 55 min = 11 pts<br>
Tues 3/11 ran 6.25, weights lower body and core workout 30 min = 25+6 =31 pts<br>
Wed 3/12 ran 10, stretching and core workout 30 min = 40+6 = 46 pts<br>
Thur 3/13 ran 8, stretching and core workout 30 min = 32+6 = 38 pts<br><br>
