<p>Let the weekly bonus taking begin.</p>

<p>Started the morning off with 15:00 of stretches, plus ~5:00 of core work, including 50 pushups, 1:00 side bridge each side, and 1:00 plank.  Those three are hard after pushups, aren't they?</p>

<p>I really shouldn't have run this morning, with a tight schedule (I was tasked to drop D'Kid off at camp, so D'Wife could leave work early for our Phillies game + Comcast meet-up), but I didn't affect the morning routine too much. Even though the temp was mid-70°s with 80% humidity, it didn't FEEL as gross as I suspected it would. Maybe because there was a little bit of a breeze that is - hopefully - blowing some rain in??? I took the route down by the lakes and the Farm today, because it's been so LONG since I've seen my little barnyard friends in the morning ... plus the extra mile gives my VRAA team a handful more points</p>

<p>Got up early this morning before work (yuck!) and rode my bike to the gym for a run, then home. So...</p>

<p>3.4miles running= 14 pts</p>
<p>5 min stretching- 1 pt</p>
<p> </p>
<p>total- 19 pts</p>
