1.5 mile run=6<br><br>
2 day total...60
I didn't plan on this, but I woke up at 4:00 and got really bored<br>
so I ran, meh, just a very easy 5. Its supposed to be windy later, so this is 5 I won't do later unless I'm feeling up to it<br><br>
5 mile run, 15 minute stretching - 23<br><br>
