Good morning, VRAA participants.

We're almost done with the first week of the game and I must say that the competition is heating up.

Admittedly, the game's character will take a bit of time to develop but I am pleased to see some are taking the initiative to rename their team. Beginning next week, I will open up a new idea thread for the next and future rounds of the VRAA. The possibilities are endless.

Regarding point tabulation, I will continue to post the new leaderboard each morning. The Top 5 categories will update on Mon and Thur.

If you haven't done so already, please go back to make sure you have claimed all your points for each Day. There are still some unreported scores.

I'm also starting a "Best of the VRAA" quotes. I offer an entry from fox-runr that captures what I believe is the essence of the game:

"I think the whole idea with a game like this is to squeeze in that extra 15 minutes that you didn't think you could for some people, do to time constraints, or that 15 minutes that we didn't think we could. For me, I'm hoping it's getting in that 15 minutes of core training more frequently."

Have a nice Wednesday,
Fox-Runr

The hardest step in a journey is the 1st step.

I too am failing on the core side - Should we enter into a side competition to see who can work their core the most days during this competition?

Not the total amount of minutes, just a yes or a no each day ?

I managed to sneak out of the hotel for a quick 2 miles, so there's 8 points for Team B.

51 minutes of stationary cycling = 17 points

Team B

I stayed on longer than I wanted to get 2 extra points, so the VRAA is definitely working.
