<p>Okay, I'm an early morning runner, so I'll start!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Today was one of those really fun days where you get caught in the rain while running with friends.  Perfect!  I was going to get wet anyway (due to the extreme H&H of South Florida) so the rain was better still!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>6 miles at a nice and easy 9:20 pace (the last 4 miles at sub 9 pace) = 24 points for Team Lactic <strong>A</strong>sses.</p>

<p>As if the heat & humidity aren't bad enough, I stepped off the porch and got a faceful of just-begun spider web ... NO amount of bug spray is gonna fix THAT!!! <em>ugh!!!!</em> I did my best to sweep the silk off my nose & mouth, and ears even, but the thought that perhaps I had a little hitchhiker in my hair kinda took me off my game [I know, you'd <em>think</em> the arachnaphobically-induced adrenalin-rush would make me go faster, right??? Nope] ... Of course, there were no sprinklers running that I might rinse her off and cool down just a bit ... when I got in the shower, I didn't see any crawly friend in the tub, so all that worrying was for nothing</p>

<p>Woke up and stretched.  Not just a yawn and a stretch but a bonus invoking stretch.</p>

<p>15:00 stretching, 5 bonus points.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Walked a mile during coffee break, ran 5.25 miles at lunch break (explains why I eat all day long)</p>

<p>Core and Stretching after work for 30 minutes.</p>

<p>Was on the road from last Wednesday until yesterday, so wasn't really able to post to the daily thread until now.</p>

<p>Fri 08/06 - 2 mi walking</p>
<p>Sat 08/07 - 10 mi, with 5 ez on the out and 5 mi at MP on the back; plus 3.75 mi walking</p>
<p>Mon 08/09 - 5.1 mi ez</p>
<p> </p>
<p>83 points total for Team B</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Might get in some cross-training today, but we'll see</p>

<p>1 mile walk = 4 points</p>
<p>20 minutes stretching (5 after class and 15 more after my run) = 4 points</p>
<p>stretching bonus = 5 points</p>
<p>TOTAL = 40 points for B Aggressive</p>
