Good morning. Woke up feeling awfully carpy and tired. I did 30 mins on the rower at a good clip, 1 mile walking, and 5 minutes stretching. Tomorrow I'll run again.<br><br>

6 miles this morning before school, 15 minute stretch... bacon and eggs<br><br>
waking up at 4:45 isnt so bad anymore<br>
more later this afternoon, but 27 so far for rUnbeatable
