30 mins power hike on TM, 2 miles= 8 points<br><br>
total= 23 points.

Putting in my workout:<br><br>
2 mile warm up on dreadmill = 8 pts<br><br>
60 minutes weight training = 12 points<br><br>
Total of 20 points for team C<br><br>
Have to put it in now so I don't forget later!<br><br>
Edited because I gave myself too many points for weight training

Team B---<br><br>
1 hour bike trainer-- 20 points<br>
1 hour upper body strength training -- 12 points<br><br>
TOTAL POINTS --- 32<br><br>
Was going to do more, and then realized it is 6 pm. I have to wake up for work at 10 pm. Oops... didn't get cleaning done either. Methinks I wasted too much time on here today. Bad me.

Indoor Cardio - 13 mins = 4 pts<br>
Alternate Workout - 6 min = 1 pt<br><br>
Total = 12 pts<br>

5 miles at lunch<br>
6 miles tomight (Yes the only reason I ran tonight was for this contest)<br><br>
23 total miles running for 92 points
