.25 mile cool down with dog = 1 point<br><br>
Total = 11 points for team H

AM: 9 miles running = 36 points<br>
PM: 3 miles running = 12 points<br><br>

I suck. I haven't been posting any VRAA stuff, and I'm supposed to be a co-captain!!<br><br>
I apologize sincerely to all my Team A teammates.<br><br>
I think bugdude posted my running miles from yesterday for me. I also did about 20 minutes of upper body weights last night, so there's 4 points. I also did a dance aerobics DVD on Wednesday night, for 30 minutes, for 10 points.<br><br>
So, <b>14 points for Team A</b>.

I've got nada for today - having my chiro fix me up but I have a long run on tap for tomorrow.<br><br>
so, 0 points from me for Team C today - and today only . . .

I forgot, I did do something yesterday worth counting. I went to the gym and did 40 minutes on the eliptical-<br><br>

10.6 miles plus 20 min core work for 46 pts for Team Eh! Piriformis is no longer bothering me but my right adductor is still a bit sore.
