Wow, I get to start a VRAA Day before OriginalSuds! I'm so excited!<br><br>
16.25 miles running = 65 points for <b>Team OOOOOOO</b><br><br>

Good morning! It's gorgeous here in NY today.<br>
2 mile walk (w/u & c/d) with 3.25 miles running = 21 points<br>
10 mins core = 3 points<br>
15 mins stretch = 3 points<br><br>
Total = 27 points for team J<br><br>

10 mins core/stretching = 2 points<br><br><b>Sunday</b>:<br>
9 mi run = 36 points<br>

10 mins core/stretching = 2 points<br><br><b>total 77 points for team R</b>

Last day of VRAA #6<br>
I got in 4.5 miles<br><b><span style="font-size:large;">18</span></b> points for Team <span style="font-size:large;"><b>P</b></span> to bring up the rear!
