60 min stairmaster 20 pts for Team H(appy Halloween! ) Can we count the miles we walk for trick or treat? Finally a breakthrough on this sore ass problem! I used to be a strong heel striker, but over the past year or so have managed to change my stance to a flat foot fall. I think that's the cause of my sciatica pain, because I reverted back to heel striking today and I could FEEL the difference in how my butt muscles are being stretched. Maybe I can train in pain again!<br><br>
10.25 miles plus 10 min of core stretching for a total of 43 pts for Team Eh!

If I end up doing some ab work while viewing the telly this evening, I'll amend it tomorrow though. . .
