14.5 miles running = 58 points<br>
Plus 5 minutes stretching = 1 point<br><br>
After my run today, I went sledding for 2 hours with my kids, and at least an hour of that was me slogging up the hill with a 5-year-old in one hand and a sled in the other. Killer workout for the glute and hams. After conferring with my captain, I am adding 11 additional alternate workout points.<br><br><br>

11.5 miles running=46 pts<br>
did 25 mins weights on Friday but forgot to take the bonus 5 so will take it today.<br><br>

I always stretch for 5 mins after a run. Does that get me a point?

Hey Everyone, New kid on the block for team C.<br><br>
Friday the 7th - 4 miles = 16 pts for Team C<br><br>
Sunday the 9th - 10 miles = 40 pts. Team C
