Since I was a late joiner, here are my numbers from Friday (Day 1) thru today:<br><br>
Day 1: run 3.75 miles = 15pts<br>
bike 2 miles = 3pts<br><br>
Day 2: run 4 miles = 16pts<br>
bike 2 miles = 3pts<br><br>
Day 3: bike 10 miles = 15pts<br><br><b>grand total points to add to Team F = 52</b><br><br><b>Go team! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"></b><br><br>
p.s. - I have the same question as QN -- since I'll probably do yoga later...

Edited to say that I think I should get extra points for kayaking for 2 hours in 4 ft swells! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> SGH says thats considered "other cardio" <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> Trust me, my heart rate was up the ENTIRE time! The anticipation of possibly taking an unintended dip in Tahoe will do that to ya, not to mention paddling my ass off! <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br><img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">

If you add stuff later in the day, just edit your earlier post with the second workout; I haven't been tallying the daily thread until early the next morning. After that, a new post would be nice.

Not sure if this has been brought up already.... Are scores being tabulated and posted with regularity? I.e., I'd be interested in know how many points each team received each day, which team is ahead, etc. Perhaps daily is too often, but you get the idea. Thanks for working so hard on this!<img alt="headbang.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/headbang.gif">
