<p>It was so Autmnal out there this morning ... not <em>TOO</em> warm [67°] kinda muggy, low sun rising into a patchy sky. No complaints from Capt. Cranky Calf, at least none worth mentioning. I'm still struggling to regain my fitness from the lay-off ... Aerobically, I'm almost back, I think? I'm not gasping for oxygen anyway, nor overheating after 200 yards ... the transmission still feels sluggish though ... like "Shouldn't I be moving my feet faster or something?" ... but I'm getting the miles finished, and that's what counts ... even if it IS less than a handful, right now.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>If we can get D'Kid dished off someplace, a bike-date is definitely in order</p>

<p>51 points for 34 miles biking. Would have been more but we had an accident and three of our group had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital.</p>

<p>Supposedly a rest day today.... so I ran (2.25 miles) and biked (15 miles) instead. No stretching though. <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad2.gif" title=""></p>

<p>AM Points: 10.5 mile run + 0.5 mile warm up and cool down.  44 points.  15 min stretch + bonus for 8 points.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>PM Points: 1.5 mile walk for 6 points.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>All 58 points bestowed upon Team LA.</p>
