12 km (7.5 miles) including 7 km at 5:30 pace for a total of 30 pts for team "X".<br><br>
This was supposed to be a threshold run at around 5:20, but I could not seem to make my legs go any faster. My right shoulder is stiff and sore from all the paddling yesterday, so no kayak today. Maybe an afternoon bike ride instead.

yesterday i ran a 50 mile race, though i think i ran closer to 60 miles. I will count it as 50 for now, and if people check in online with their garmin results i may adjust it. I know at the 20 mile part people's garmins said 25 miles!!!! grrrrrr.<br><br>
50 Miles = 200 points.
