Okay, I walked ONE mile at lunch today.<br>
Now I am home drinking an IPA.<br>
No rowing.<br>
No more anything today.<br>
I'm tired.
9mi run = 36 points<br>
20min stretching/core = 4 points<br><br><span><b>Total for Team L = 40 points, so far.</b></span><br><br>

I had a better workout this morning than yesterday, but it was very short (early morning meeting today). More to come this evening, I hope.<br><br>
So far - run 2.5 miles = 10 points<br>
10 mins stretch = 2 points<br><br>
