BIG catch up if my points still count??<br><br>
I was on vacation all last week camping... no computer.<br><br>
Hiking 2 hours (up Beech Mt, it was beautiful) on Wed the 18th. That's an alternate w/o?? 1 point for every 5 mins?? 24 points.<br><br>
Canoeing, paddling with 3 kids in the canoe...if that counts for an hour on Thurs the 19th:: 12 points<br><br>
Sat July 21: 5.5 mile run: 22 points.<br>
Sun July 22: 10 mile run: 40 points<br><br>
Today: 6 mile run: 24 points.<br><br>
That is all I got for points, BUT it was a FANTASTIC vacation!
Tither's "HELL TUESDAY" workout-or so her coach says.<br><br>
I did an interval workout of sorts. It was a bike/run transition workout. RUn/bike/run/bike etc each with increasing HRs.<br><br>
RUN: 4 Miles=16 points<br>
Bike Trainer: 1:15=25 points<br><br>
Tithers team Doodle Point totals= 41
8 hilly miles in the early AM for 32 pts for team "C". I almost had to cut it short, as there was a bear on the side of the road just before my turnaround, and he was reluctant to move off his patch of clover. I was within 20 feet of him before he gave ground. I've seen this bear before...I call him Scruffy because he has a really scruffy looking coat. Bad eyesight too!
