Spin: 60 mins= 20 pts (I'm doing this as "general cardio" correct?? I don't know how many miles I went to go under "cycling" category.)<br><br>
Weights: 30 mins= 6 pts.<br><br>
TOTAL for TEAM AAAAAA- 26 pts.<br><br>
