<p>We're in the final stretch here, folks!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>3.25 mile run = 13 points</p>
<p>30 minutes alt stuff (squats, plyometrics, plank, dips, pushups, etc.) = 6 points</p>
<p>TOTAL = 19 points for Chick Fil A</p>
