Taking a rest day. Nursing shin splints.<br><br>
Yesterday I only walked 2 miles. 8pts Team E<br><br>
Planning on running tomorrow...we will see.

Add to yesterday: 1 hour of sand volleyball + 4.75 mile bike ride (to & from volleyball courts) = 19 points<br><br>
Today: 18 mile run = 72 points<br><br>

Bin takin it easy this week, but today was the beginning of a new macrocycle. 11.25 miles, plus 2.5 miles from Thursday for a total of 13.75 miles for 55 pts for Team "C"<br><br><br>
Today's run was done at 6 km per bear, as I saw 3 of them over the roughly 18 km route. One was about 25 ft away before he cut and ran.

Back from vacation, a week+ worth of points to report for team F:<br><br>
Wed 7/11: walk 8 miles = 32 points<br>
7/12: run 4.3 miles = 17 points<br>
7/13: run 6.6 miles + 1 hour yoga = 26+12= 38 points<br>
Sat 7/14: cycle 12 miles + 10 mins core = 18+2= 20 points<br>
7/15: run 3.5 miles = 14 points<br>
7/16: run 8 miles + 15 mins core = 32+3= 35 points<br>
Tues 7/17: walk 5 miles = 20 points<br>
7/18: run 4.5 miles + 15 core = 18+3 = 21 points<br>
7/19: run 5 miles + 10 core = 22 points<br>
Fri 7/20: travel/rest<br><br>
today: run 5 miles + 10 core = 22 points<br><br><b>total points to add to team F: 241</b><br><br><i>p.s. Hairy - is this ok?</i>
