Been traveling for work that past few days.<br><br>
T - R 5 min core each day = 3 points<br><br>
T - 1 mile walk = 4 points<br><br>
W - 1 mile walk = 4 points<br>
W - 9 hours alt workout = 12 points<br>
(well injections - lots of lifting, carrying, tipping, etc of 5-gall pails filled w/ liquid).<br><br>
R - 1 mile walk = 4 points<br>
R - 11 hours alt workout = 12 points<br><br><b>T- R total: 35 points</b> for team <b>T</b>oo <b>T</b>ired.<br><br>
Will post running points tonight.<br>

10 min ab workout on demand = 2 points<br><br>

2 mile run = 8 points<br>
10 mins core = 2 points<br><br><b>total 29 points for team <span style="font-size:medium;">W</span><i>ow this stuff is fun</i>!</b>

Wed and Thursday: Nada (sorry team...this week has been hard)<br>
Friday: Early morning 4 mile run = 16 points for XXX<br><br>
Will likely swim later since I have nothing better to do with my Friday evening so I should be posting more later.
