<p>11 miles this afternoon in two hours on the treadmill at Lifetime Fitness after work.   I really debated about stopping after 8 miles but then decided what the heck, keep on going.</p>

<p>hubby and I ran a very sweaty 8 miler (according to his garmin *rolleyes*) in 2 hours  ... I know we were moving much faster than 15 MM  ... and I also did 2 x 5 min stretches yesterday and a 10 min core workout ...</p>
