From Monday afternoon that I forgot to report: 30 min weights = 6 pts<br>
From This morning: 18.5 miles on indoor bike = 27.75 pts<br>
1.25 miles on dreadmill = 5 pts<br>
total= 38.75 pts For team RRRR
60 minutes of cardio for 20 points<br>
3.5 miles running for 14 points<br>
Total: <b>34 points</b>!!!<br><br>
All for <span style="color:#FF0000;">TEAM O</span>
I forgot to report yesterday. So on Tuesday I had a 1mile walk, 15 min stretching. 7pts<br><br>
Today I did 1mile walk and 20min core and 15min stretching 11pts.<br><br>
Thats a total of 18pts in the past two days.
5.25 miles + 5 minutes core = 22 points for <b>Team S</b>
