Late in posting points....<br><b>01/21/08 - Monday</b><br>
60 minutes aerobic = 20 points<br>
30 minutes pilates & weights = 6 points<br>
Total: 26 points<br><br><b>01/22/08 - Tuesday</b><br>
3 miles running = 12 points<br>
30 minutes pilates and weights = 6 points<br>
Total: 18 points<br><br><b>01/23/08 - Wed</b><br>
4 miles running = 16 points<br>
2 miles walking = 8 points<br>
15 minutes core = 3 points<br>
Total: 27 points<br><br>

3 mile run + 5 minute warm up on bike + 45 minute spin class = 28 points<br><br>
