Good morning!<br>
5 miles, 20 points.<br>
crunches, dips and push ups, 15 minutes, 3 points<br>
total, 23 points for team T!

<span>Today I ran 2 miles and took 1/2 of a yoga class. I plan to do some free weights later so I'll edit this thread and post total points at that time.<br><br>
So far today:<br>
2 miles = 8 points<br>
1/2 yoga class = 6 points<br>
Total 14 points<br><br>
Tomorrow will be a longer running day for me.<br><br>
