<p>3.5 mile run = 14<br><br>
15 mins. Stretching + bonus = 8 points (I'm ONLY doing this for the points)<br><br><br>

22 points Team B...so far today</p>

<p>8 miles running in a little better weather conditions - 76° and 83% at 5:15 AM.  Not bad.  It helped make the run go easier.  Then 1/4 mile cool down walk.</p>

<p>33 points total for Team Lactic <strong>A</strong>sses.</p>
