Catching up for the week...it's been a rough week at work...<br><br>
Monday 3 miles walking/jogging- 12 pts<br><br>
Core - 20 minutes - 4pts<br><br>
Tuesday 3 miles Walking/jogging 12 pts<br><br>
Wed. 60 minutes eliptical- 20 pts<br><br>
Walking 1 mile - 4 pts<br><br>
Core- 20 minutes - 4 pts<br><br>
Thursday 7 miles Walking/jogging- 28 pts<br><br>
60 minutes cardio kickboxing- 20 pts<br><br>
Eliptical 70 minutes- 23 pts<br><br>
core 20 minutes- 4 pts<br><br>
That's a total of 131 pts for team <b>B</b> (someone check my math because I did it in my head at 7am!) Thanks!
