.5 mile walking = 2 points<br>
10 mins core/stretching = 2 points<br><br><b>total 29 points for team W<i>heeeeeeeee</i>!</b>

Race Bonus 5 pts<br>
Running - ~3.5 miles = 14 pts<br>
Biking - 3 miles - 4.5 pts

1 hour on the elliptical = 20 points<br>
20 minutes of abs/core/general torture = 4 points<br><br>
