catch up : friday the 11th 5.78 mile run = 23 points<br>
today 5.5mile run = 22 points<br><br>
Both my girls rode their bikes with me on the run today and I had to push their slow butts up the hills, does that count for strength training at the same time?? extra points?? HAHA.
