<p>I was originally scheduled for a 6 mile run today but had a friend practicing for a tri that needed to get 12 miles in so I ran with him at 5:45 this morning and then my regular group for a total of 12.5 miles.   Team B  50 points</p>

<p>33 mile bike ride, which is 49.5 miles and I stretched long enough to make it an even number for a total of 50 pts team LA~</p>

<p>Walked 7.5 miles playing golf (I wore my pedometer) and then stretched for 20 minutes.  39 points for the LA'ers.</p>
