Good morning all. This is actually for yesterday but I don't want it missed. I didn't run, but I managed a 10k XC ski, for which I will take 25 pts for Team "M"
Yesterday: 60 minutes Yoga= 12 points<br>
Cardio on bike 30 minutes early morning & 30 minutes at gym= 60 minutes total= 20 points. Total for yesterday= 32 points for team Nasty!<br>
Update: Today- 60 minutes of upper body & Ab work.= 12 points<br>
30 minutes cardio=10 points<br>
**knowing i'm working my body= priceless!**<br>
Total for today=22 points.
Run - 12 miles = 48 points<br><br>
