<p>Happy Summer Solstice.  In honor of summertime, I did a track workout in the rain this morning.  <span id="user_yui_3_3_0_8_130866106114813"><img alt="rolleyes.gif" id="user_yui_3_3_0_8_130866106114812" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;"></span></p>

<p>4.75 miles = 19 points</p>
<p>10 minutes of stretching = 2 points</p>
<p>TOTAL so far = 21 points</p>

<p>Hi! I am back (for now) and kept a record of my VRAA points while gone.. here goes...</p>

<p>Tues 6/7- 4 mi run, .25 cool down= 17 pts</p>
<p>Fri 6/10- 5 mi walk= 20 pts</p>
<p>Sat 6/11- 4 mi run + .45 warm up and 2 mi walk= 26 pts</p>
<p>Sun 6/12- 4 mi run + .25 warm up and 4 mile walk= 33 pts</p>
<p>Mon 6/13 (no run)- 4 mi walk= 16 pts</p>
<p>Tues 6/14- 6.75 mi run, 5 mi walk= 47 pts</p>
<p>Weds 6/15- 4 mi run, 2 mi walk= 24 pts</p>
<p>Thurs 6/16 (no run)- 2 mi walk= 8 pts</p>
<p>Fri 6/17- 4.25 run, 2 mi walk= 25 pts</p>
<p>Sat 6/18 (no run) 1 mi walk= 4 pts</p>
<p>Sun 6/19 (no run)- 1 mi walk= 4 pts</p>
<p>Mon 6/20 (no run)- .75 walk to the store!= 3 pts</p>
<p>Tues 6/21- nada               </p>

<p>We walked A LOT in Paris. I think they were trying to save money on metro tickets. At least it helped balance out all the pain au chocolat and croissants I had. ;)</p>

<p>Finally updated my points.  Yesterday was a rest but tonight I'll be running at the Tucker High School track around 7:30 or so for an hour.  It's murderously hot in Atlanta so I'll bring a water bottle with me.</p>
