Are there bonus points today? For what?<br><br>
Today I did a light workout due to the continuing neck/shoulder pain. 1 mile walking w/u & c/d, 2 miles running, and 15 agonizing minutes of abdominals & stretching.<br><br>
Total 15 points.<br><br>

Bonus this weekend is swimming. 5 points bonus for at least 1 point's worth of swimming...which would be 100 meters/yards.
