<p>45 min other cardio and 20 min alternate workout = 19 points for team 2.</p>

<p>Also caught up weekend points, 11 total.</p>

<p>It was too nice an evening to stay in... ran 3 miles with a quarter mile walk chaser, 13 more points, Mag7.</p>

<p>I ran a Ragnar relay this weekend.  Total distance was 16.4 miles, plus about 5 minutes of stretching over the course of the relay.  It was three legs, so I also got 15 points of race bonuses.  Total for the weekend: 82 points for team 2.  I'm too wiped out to do anything today.  Sorry, team 2.</p>
