<p>5.5 fairly sproinky miles this morning = 22 points</p>
<p>1/4 cool down walk = 1 point.</p>

<p>Yeah, I got up <em>15</em> minutes earlier than usual to get that <em>extra</em> mile in; because we DESPERATELY need every point we can get …</p>

<p>It was cool-ER and foggy-ER this morning than yesterday; could Fall REALLY be just around the corner??? Five miles is my longest run in more than two months; since I had that drive-side Achilles/calf trouble back in June. I’m not even CLOSE to speedy again yet, but I’m not planning on racing anytime soon either, so I’m in no rush; just as long as I get home by 6:30AM</p>

<p>1x100 Pushups ... then ANOTHER 1x100 pushups for an even 30 pts for <strong>Be[ing] Aggressive</strong></p>

Two mile walk during lunch and that's it for today. 8 points for the LAs.
