It was cool-ER and foggy-ER this morning than yesterday; could Fall REALLY be just around the corner??? Five miles is my longest run in more than two months; since I had that drive-side Achilles/calf trouble back in June. I’m not even CLOSE to speedy again yet, but I’m not planning on racing anytime soon either, so I’m in no rush; just as long as I get home by 6:30AM
