I'm all behind on reporting my stretching for the week:<br>
Mon: 2 pts<br>
Tues:2 pts<br>
Wed: 2 pts<br>
Thurs: 3 pts<br><br>
so that's 28 + 9 = 37 points

I wasn't online yesterday so am reporting in today:<br><br>
1 hour kayaking which considering semi-choppy conditions and wind I am going to put as other cardio, hope that's kosher.<br><br>
