total = 33 or 34 points for team B.<br><br>

1 hour on the stairstepper = 20 points<br>
5 minutes jump roping = 1.5 points<br>
10 minutes core/arms/push ups, etc = 2 points<br><br>

Oops, I didn't see this thread earlier. From the other thread here are <span style="text-decoration:underline;">mine and Floridaboiler's</span> reports.<br><br>
Me:<br><i>45 minutes spinning = 15 points<br>
2.25 miles = 9 points<br><br>
24 points for Team Banana</i><br><br>
FB:<br><i>Team B:<br><br>
5 miles of running for 20 points<br>
20 minutes of core work for 4 points<br>
Total: 24 points.</i>
