You will love my workout for this morning.<br><br>
Total time: 1:53:18<br><br>
First Event: run in Army Combat Uniform and running shoes: 4 miles in 30:43 = 16 points<br>
T-1 = 3:54<br>
Second event: Rucking or Hiking with 45lb pack plus water: total time - 1:01:43 = 21 points (Total distance unknown)<br>
T-2 = 7:34<br>
Third event: 500 meter Swim in 10:22 = 5 points<br><br>
Then a .75 mile walk back from pool = 3 points<br><br>
Total points = 45

7 miles = 28 pts. for Team C

9.25 milles running = 37 points<br>
5 minutes stretching = 1 point<br><br>
Total: 38 points for <span style="font-family:'Arial Black';"><span style="color:#FF0000;">Team E<span style="color:#000000;">nterprise</span></span></span>.

bump only because I just bumped some older daily threads. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
and I'll post my workout here too:<br><br>
5.25 mile run + .8 mile walk = 24 points<br>
20 minutes stretching/yoga poses = 4 points<br>
28 points!
