No running for me today; instead I'll probably do some light XT later on. I had a great run yesterday but am trying to stay off the injured list by being cautious!<br>

I posted yesterday in the thread that subsequently got locked, so I'm not sure my points were tallied. Anyway, here's for yesterday (jan 16):<br><br>

5min conditioning = 1 point<br><br>

AM: 7.84 miles running = 31 points<br>
PM: 15min core = 3 points<br><br>
