This was also posted in Tuesdays thread - It is for Tuesdays workout - I will also post Wednesday later.<br><br>
It was time to pay for that Booze on Monday night<br><br>
10 miles running am (Was to be more, but my head hurt)<br>
6 miles running at lunch<br>
15 miles running PM (7 at Marathon Pace)<br>
1.5 Miles walking PM<br>
20 Minutes of Core<br><br>
31 Miles running = 124 points<br>
1.5 Miles walking = 6 points<br>
20 minutes core = 4 points<br><br>
134 points team Z - Today(Wednesday) I am officially worn out <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">
