Good morning!<br>
4 miles, 16 points<br>
30 minutes weights and core workout, 6 points<br><br>
22 points for team T!

This is actually for Jan 15. Very easy day as legs felt fatigued. One mile walking warmup followed by 2 mile run. 10 min of core stretches. Total of 14 pts for Team "M"

After a nasty bout with the flu that had me off from runningwas finally able to head out<br>
today prior to some snow later today.<br><br><br>
4.5 mile 18 points<br><br><br>

Not my best run, and was weezing towards the end.

Oh Oh! 2 threads for 1/16! This post is for the last several days - I've been on vacation and away from internet access.<br>
1/10 nothing - hectic work day.<br>
1/11 travel day. but I squeezed in 10min core/strength work - 2 pts.<br>
1/12 walked 3.5mi with family. - 14pts.<br>
1/13 ran Disney Marathon. - 104pts plus 5 race bonus = 109pts<br>
1/14 walked 5mi with DW. - 20pts.<br>
1/15 40min weights and core. - 8pts<br>
3mi run - 12pts.<br><br><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><b>TOTAL = 165 points for Team O.</b></span>

Other Cardio 66 minutes = 22 points<br>
5 mile run = 20 points<br><br>
total = 44 points

10 minute warm up on bike + 45 minutes spinning class = 18 points for Team L<br><br>

Didn't get a chance to post my points for yesterday....<br><br>

.5 miles walking = 2 points<br>
15 min core = 3 points<br>

2 miles running = 8 points<br>
3 miles walking = 12 points<br>

I was out for longer but subtracted rest portions.
