Yesterday I had a mile on foot = 4 pts<br>
45 min on the eliptical = 15 pts<br><br>
Today I did 5.5 miles = 22 pts

Add to yesterday: 60 minutes of yoga = 12 points<br><br>
Today: 4 mile run + 20 minutes yoga = 20 points<br><br>
32 points total for Team Z

I haven't been able to update since Friday so here is my grnad total from weekend workouts (drum roll please). Runs, biking and strength training for a total of 40 points for Team VVVVVVV!. DO I need to break it down too?
