<p>A decent night's sleep + up on my own without the alarm = excellent start to the day ... El Sol doesn't even BEGIN to come up until quarter after six now, so I'm trotting around in the soupy darkness, Team Tania blnkie on the back. It's kinda works as a pace master = if it bounces too much, I'm galloping; if it stays steady, I'm almost walking ... an easy canter is what I'm shooting for, but a trot is fine</p>

<p>Quick track workout:  2.5 mile wu, 10 X 200.  5 miles total.  Ran the 200's avg of 4 seconds faster than two weeks ago!  Maybe I really am on my way back.</p>
