First of all, my apologies for cluttering up the forum, bringing up older dates of the VRAA. There is a technical glitch that Rich is working on, under my user name. I'm still not able to post in other forums, but I can post under the VRAA.<br><br>
Run at 5:30 am 6 miles = 24 points Team C

7 mile run + 20 minutes stretching & ab work = 32 points<br><br>
Team A<br><br>
Edited to add 1 hour yoga class tonight = 12 points<br><br><b>44 points</b> total for the day.

Ok, I am finally reporting in.<br>
Saturday: 5.25 miles = 21 points<br>
Sunday: 4.5 miles = 18 points (though I should get extra credit for being brave enough to run when it was 90 out <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">)<br>
Today: I will fill you in much later. I am going to have to wait until sunset because it is really hot out.

10 minutes core = 2 points?<br><br>

AM: 6.25 miles running = 25 points<br>
PM: 4.1 miles running = 16 points<br><br>
total = 10.35 miles running = 41 points - 42 if you're feeling generous - all for team B.<br><br>
all for ze bananas!
