I'm about to head out for my second run of the day - 14 total miles and 56 points for <b>Team</b> <b>Bootylicious</b>.
I'm going to need pictures to back up that team name...

6.25 mile run -> 25 points<br><br>
60 minutes Core/Abdominal work -> 12 points<br><br>
total for day -> 37 points
6 mile run = 24 pts<br>
55 minutes weights/core = 11 pts<br><br>
