Didn't get to post over the weekend....<br><br><b>Total for 01/12 and 01/13</b><br>
5 miles running = 20 points<br>
60 minutes general cardio = 20 points (aerobics tape)<br>
60 minutes core / pilates = 12 points<br><br><b>50 weekend points</b> for team <img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif">mMmmMmm<img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><br><br><b>01/14/08</b><br>
60 minuntes strength and stretching = 12 points<br>
