<p>Good Morning Fellow Travelers.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Starting off with a morning stretch and core workouts seems to be having its benefits.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>20 minutes included 15:00 of stretching, plus side planks and reverse situps.  Running at high noon.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>9 points for the Lactic Asses.</p>

<p>Not much today as I'm being careful about my achy achilles.  No big deal, but I don't want it to become one.</p>

<p>3 miles running with 1/4 mile walk to make sure it's nice and loose.  13 points for Team Lactic Asses.</p>

<p>Trainer this morning - 3 pts other cardio, 6 pts alternate workout for team A.</p>
<p>add 1 mile walk, 15 min stretch and bonus</p>

<p>A poor night's sleep [let's just qualify it as a series of 45-minute naps, while waking up at 2:02AM, 3:03AM, 4:04AM, etc] PLUS a gurgly tummy foiled my opportunity for a pre-dawn run in a slight drizzle ... <em>WAH!!!</em></p>

<p>Rest day today. Just as well, since I got a ton of pre-college shopping done for DS. I'm still debating going to yoga class this evening, but considering I'm only having my lunch now at 5pm....</p>
