Good morning, everyone!<br>
First I went to the gym and did a 1.5 mile walk, then 21 mins on the elliptical, then 20 mins stretch. Then I ran a 2 mile race (5 bonus points!). It was rainy & cool, about 38 degrees. Good weather for running but bad for the spectators (my sweet DH).<br>
Total of 30 points for Team H, including the race bonus.<br><br>

12.04 miles including a 12k race = 48 + 5 (race bonus) = 53 points<br><br>
6 miles bike = 4 + 5 (weekend bike bonus) = 9 points<br><br>
total = 62 points for team E.
7.5 miles, twice = 15 x 4 = 60<br>
15 minute alternate workout = 3 points<br>
2 miles of biking before I decided to run - 3 points<br><br>
