AM - 5.5 mile run and 2 mile walk for total of 30 points for Team "X". No bears today, as it was raining, so I did the work on a TM. I am off to town now, with my daughter. We will do some interval work on the HS track this aft. She is getting ready for XC...coming back from severe shinsplints in her rt leg. I think I am dang close to 70 miles for the week, and legs feel good and I have not yet done a threshold run, so I will go for it and break 70 for the first time this year.
